These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Robinson White Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") website and any consulting services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Robinson White Consulting provides IT consulting and software engineering services for small businesses, including software engineering and custom development, IT consulting and technology strategy, business systems setup and provisioning (including Microsoft 365, business email, domains, and DNS), cloud and infrastructure, workflow automation and integrations, and website and web application development. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be described in a separate proposal or agreement.
Any estimates, timelines, or recommendations we provide are based on the information available at the time. Actual scope and costs may change as project requirements become clearer. We will communicate material changes before proceeding with additional work.

Our work often involves third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, domain registrars, DNS providers, and email tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and pricing. We are an independent consultancy and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Microsoft Corporation or any other third-party provider. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues arising from third-party services.
Fees for services will be set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late or unpaid amounts may result in paused work.
We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide our services. Where we are granted administrative access to your systems, we use it solely for the purposes of the engagement and follow reasonable security practices.
Upon full payment, deliverables we create specifically for you become your property, except for any pre-existing tools, templates, or methods we use to produce them, which remain ours. This website and its content are owned by Robinson White Consulting and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robinson White Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. You remain responsible for fees for work performed up to the date of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
